Job description for Receptionist at Imajin
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and greeting visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
- Managing incoming call and directing the calls and taking accurate messages
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients, guest and team members
- Managing the reception area, including maintaining a clean and organized environment
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars for designated staff
- Processing mail and packages
- Providing administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as receptionist
- Proficiency in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Has a friendly and approachable attitude
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
Additional Information:
- Willing to full time WFO at BSD, Tangerang or Deltamas, Cikarang
- Work schedule: Monday-Friday (09.00 - 17.00 WIB)
