Key of Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the creation, posting, and updating of real estate listings on multiple platforms, including MLS (Multiple Listing Service), real estate websites, and social media channels.
- Ensure all listing information is accurate and up-to-date, including property descriptions, features, pricing, and photographs. Perform regular audits to verify the integrity of the listing data.
- Assist in preparing listing documents, disclosures, and contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and strategies for listings, including flyers, brochures, email campaigns, and open house events.
- Generate reports on listing status, performance metrics, and market trends for internal review and strategy adjustment.
- Provide administrative support to real estate agents, assisting with scheduling, correspondence, and other tasks to ensure the smooth handling of listings.
List of Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field is a plus.
- Experience in administrative roles, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in real estate software and platforms, such as MLS systems, and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of real estate terminology, practices, and legal requirements is highly beneficial.
