Job description for Quality Control Production Staff at Remboelan Restaurant
Job Description:
- Inspect incoming and finished goods components
- Responsible and in charge of labeling or tagging all components with a component Identification tag (Pass, Reject, Hold)
- Quarantining all failed components (hold tag products)
- Kepping a record of defects
- Responsible to notify and inform all parties involved when a discrepancy is identified
- Inform Supervisor when percentage of defective components exceeds allowable limits, requiring inspection of entire unit output
- Responsible for the completion of incoming inspection report, non-comformity reports, product defect reports
- Accompanying the material and product destruction process
- Verifying QC measuring instruments
- Reporting all reports to Supervisor Quality Management
Requirement:
- Max 27 years old
- D3 Teknologi/Teknik Pangan, D3 Penjaminan Mutu Pangan, D3 Analis Kimia, D3 Teknik Industri or equivalent
- Having 1 year of working experience in Food Manufacturing is a plus
- Understand the process regarding kitchen operational
- Have a good knowledge and experience of Food Safety, HACCP, GMP, ISO, Halal
- Shifting schedule: 07AM-16PM and 14PM-23PM
- Attention to detail, active, firm, and decisive, familiar with routine task
