Kualifikasi :
- Pria, Usia Maks 30 Tahun
- Pendidikan terakhir min S1 Gizi/Teknologi Pangan
- Memiliki pengalaman dibidang QC Produksi di bidang Food & Baverage/Restoran Min 1 Tahun
- Memiliki Kendaraan motor
- Detail, teliti, cekatan , bertanggung jawab , bersedia bekerja mobile
- Nilai plus apabila memiliki sertifikat terkait Quality Control, HACCP
- Memahami FIFO, FEFO & LIFO
- Memahami inspeksi produksi makanan
Job Desk :
Melakukan audit restoran F&B secara detail, baik dari segi quality control, quality assurance, inventory control
Menjaga kualitas bahan baku yang ada di Central Kitchen
Memastikan operasional berjalan sesuai SOP
Menganalisis adanya ketidaksesuaian proses dan penyimpangan produk
