Deskripsi Pekerjaan
1. Melakukan pembelian barang kebutuhan perusahaan
2. Memahami dan melakukan proses importasi barang
3. Melakukan pengecekan barang datang
4. Melakukan pengajuan pembayaran atas pembelian barang
5. Pengajuan komplain dan retur kepada supplier
6. Pengecekan UMB & hutang opname
7. Melakukan evaluasi, negosiasi dan pencarian supplier
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
1. Pendidikan S1 Manajemen Operasional, Akuntansi, atau relevan
2. Diutamakan pengalaman min. 1 tahun di bagian impor dan pembelian
3. Memahami regulasi Impor, dokumen Impor, serta clearance
4. Mampu menggunakan perangkat lunak seperti Jubelio, WMS, Accurate 5 atau sejenisnya menjadi
nilai tambah
5. Dapat berkomunikasi dan bernegosiasi dengan baik
6. Memiliki pengetahuan dasar mengenai gadget terbaru
7. Selalu update dengan regulasi impor terbaru
