Requirements:
- Min. bachelor degree in any major from reputable university with GPA at least 3.0
- Strong analytic abilities
- Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skills
- Agile and can work in dynamic working culture

- High degree of attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Job Descriptions:
- Gather and organize due diligence materials, including financial documents, contracts, and legal documents.
- Coordinate communication and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain filing systems, spreadsheets and presentations for internal and external reporting.
- Work collaboratively with other departments
- Monitor and integrate each department to the company's strategic priorities and initiatives
- Gather feedback and input from stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making.
- Assist the preparation for financial modeling and deal structuring
- Assist the preparation for the company's administrative compliances
- Executive support: manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange necessary logistics
