Project Manager
Responsibilities
• Lead the planning, implementation, and execution of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and proactively identify and address risks, issues, and dependencies to keep projects on track and mitigate potential obstacles.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, including kickoff meetings, status updates, and post-mortem reviews, to foster communication, collaboration, and accountability among team members.
• Manage project budgets, expenditures, and financial reporting, and ensure compliance with funding requirements and regulatory standards
Requirements
• This role is open for disabled and non-disabled individuals.
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration or related field; PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in project management roles, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, capable of navigating ambiguity and driving solutions in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal, is required.
• Experience working in the social impact sector, disability inclusion field, or related areas is preferred.
• Flexibility and adaptability to travel as needed for project-related activities, meetings, and events.
