Job description for Project Manager (Esport/Event Agency) at MINESKI INDONESIA
- Partner with clients to understand event goals, target audience, and budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for assigned events in collaboration with procurement and finance teams. This includes understanding company spending policies and procedures.
- Secure and manage vendor relationships for the venue, catering, décor, entertainment, and other event logistics. Work closely with procurement to ensure the best value and negotiate contracts.
- Oversee all aspects of event production, including logistics, permits, staffing, and health & safety.
- Develop and manage marketing and promotional materials for events.
- Manage event registration and attendee communication.
- Collaborate with finance to ensure timely and accurate payment processing for both internal and external vendors. This includes working with finance to establish payment terms, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed for vendor payments, and potentially managing event-related credit cards or petty cash responsibly following company policies.
- On-site event management to ensure everything runs according to plan and address any last-minute issues.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in event management.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in event project management, preferably within the activation or experiential marketing space.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex and large-scale events on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Experience in vendor management and negotiation.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Budget management expertise.
- Proficient in project management software and communication tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Telegram).
- Proficient in Google Suite.
- Knowledge of event technology platforms.
- Experience in data analysis for event evaluation.
- Strong understanding of health & safety regulations for events.
