Job Descriptions:
- Communicate with other parties
- Track project budgets and expenses
- Help organize project meetings and Handle taking minutes at meetings
- Keep your project calendar up to date
- Administrative tasks (Letter in & out by email)
- Project Document Controling
- Offer suggestions to improve efficiency from the Administrative side
- Maintain compliance regulations from the project administrative side
- Assist Project Manager
- Scheduling online & offline meeting
- Make a project report
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor degree in Management Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial
- Engineering
- At least 3 years experience in the same field
- Expert in Microsoft Office
- Good communication in english both oral and written
- Placement: Tanjung Lesung, Banten
