Job description for Project Admin at PT Hamparan Aneka Granit
- Support and report to Project Manager regarding all Project administrative activities.
- Establish, develop and maintain good, long term customer relationships with property developers, architects, interior designers, building contractors etc.
- Responsible for scheduling meetings, Keep a copy of all company policies and make sure they are up to date.
- Archiving, distribution and storage of documents.
- Monitor all types of income, expenses and transactions.
- Monitor the progress of each individual involved, create a waybill for each vehicle involved in or leaving a project
- Resolve customer problems and complaints quickly and thoroughly
- Manage and keep documentation related to the Project team
- Adopt proper etiquette, polite and helpful attitude towards everyone
- Communicate and collaborate with project managers and team members regularly
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Follow, respect and help enhance the company’s mission, vision and values
REQUIREMENTS
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in an administrative function
- Ability to work with others well
- Driven, hard-working and motivated
- Extremely meticulous and detail oriented
- Strong personal organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of English
