JOBDESK
1. Ensure all projects are delivered on-time and within scope.
2. Define and manage project scope and objectives, involving all relevant
stakeholders.
3. Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties
are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
4. Meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
5. Report and escalate to management as needed.
6. Develop a detailed project plan and comprehensive project documentation.
7. Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant
information.
8. Conduct post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful
project elements.
9. Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the
impacts on schedule.
