Job Description:
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key features and enhancements.
- Gather and analyze product requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market research.
- Translate business needs into detailed product requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.
- Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation including product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team.
- Communicate product updates, timelines, and progress to stakeholders.
- Facilitate regular product review meetings and sprint planning sessions.
- Work closely with QA teams to ensure products meet quality standards and performance criteria.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to iterate on product improvements.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Use insights to inform product strategy and differentiate our offerings.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management.
- Proven experience in SQL and database management.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and data analysis.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Familiarity with product management tools and software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to understand technical challenges and work with engineering teams to find solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to clearly articulate product requirements and specifications to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
