We're currently seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team of individuals who are committed to propelling the entertainment industry to unprecedented heights through innovative technological advancements and a determination to overcome its numerous challenges. Collaborating with professionals from engineering, business, design, and other relevant departments, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the roadmap and vision for scaling our core business operations, driving our continued growth.
As the mastermind behind Indonesia's leading online cinema ticketing platform, you'll be tasked with charting the course for our product's future, guiding our team through uncharted territory and unforeseen obstacles to achieve new milestones. Your contributions will directly impact the satisfaction, loyalty, and confidence of both merchants on our platform and the millions of users who rely on us to secure their tickets.
To explore opportunities for growth in the product area and build a meaningful-and-impactful experience for our users and partners, you will:
- Craft a comprehensive product roadmap encompassing a robust vision and strategy derived from initial business concepts.
- Develop meticulous product documentation and establish efficient processes to facilitate smooth collaboration.
- Engage in lively collaboration with fellow stakeholders at TIX ID, including engineers, designers, business, and marketing teams, to address user concerns, enhance experiences, and advance company objectives.
- Lead or manage projects and features, ensuring timely delivery to drive meaningful impact.
- Serve as the advocate for users, establishing yourself as the primary liaison for both users and stakeholders across the value chain.
- Gather valuable insights from partner feedback, experiments, research, and data analysis to discern trends and their underlying drivers. Translate these insights into practical solutions to enhance the product's functionality and user experience.
- Utilize data-driven reasoning to influence peers, stakeholders, and key executives.
- Embrace and thrive amidst change within a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
Requirement :
- Possess 3-5 years of hands-on experience in product management, ideally within a user-centric organization or industry.
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills, demonstrating empathy towards users, partners, and colleagues.
- Prior experience managing online ticketing services is highly desirable, particularly those with expertise in event and attraction booking.
- Proven track record of successfully launching products (both mobile and web platforms) from inception, showcasing adept prioritization skills and the ability to navigate requirement trade-offs effectively.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams within an agile development framework. Proficiency in setting and implementing team objectives and deadlines is essential.
- Possess a data-driven mindset with exceptional analytical capabilities. Capable of delving into data to uncover nuances and defining and measuring success metrics for each project.
- Familiarity with advanced analytics tools for gathering customer data and identifying significant patterns is advantageous.

- Familiarity with and usage of the TIX ID app is advantageous, with regular use and positive feedback being even more favourable.
- An individual who enjoys occasional movie outings, with a passion for cinema being an added bonus.
- A typical movie enthusiast who relies on OTT platforms such as Netflix, HBO, Disney, etc., as a fallback option when missing out on cinema screenings.
- A person who actively seeks out information about favourite movies through social media channels, online news portals, and other sources.
- Familiarity with design validation methodologies, including both quantitative and qualitative research approaches.
