Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the team completes their tasks correctly, on time, and within budget.
- Ensure smooth communication among team members.
- Ensure smooth communication with the user.
- Identify potential risks during development and plan how to handle them.
- Understand the business requirements and assist users in improving the workflow if needed.
- Bridge the gap between technical and business requirements.
- Create user requirement documents (BRD, FRD).
- Develop a traceability matrix to ensure all user requirements are implemented correctly and tested thoroughly.
- Collaborate with programmers to identify edge cases and potential issues.
Job Requirements:
- Experience with Project Development Life Cycle.
- Good communication skills.
- Understanding of Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Requirement Document (FRD), and Project Management Tools.
- Ability to perform Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) on digital products.
