Responsibilities :
- Manage, analyze and process every order request related to purchasing goods and services from other divisions.
- Checking the details of orders that have been made based on the confirmation letter provided by the vendor.
- Create purchase orders to purchase goods and services.
- Create Landed costs to determine selling prices.
- Create a purchase payment schedule.
- Control each item to be ordered according to the predetermined budget.
- Create and update Vendor list database.
- Carry out the selection of vendors for goods/services.
- Carrying out the tender process.
