Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer and Videographer to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for visual storytelling and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality photos and videos to support our marketing initiatives across various digital and offline channels.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and plan photo and video shoots that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Capture compelling and visually stunning photographs and videos for use in digital marketing campaigns, social media posts, website content, print materials, and other marketing collateral.
- Develop shot lists, storyboards, and creative briefs to guide the production process and ensure that key messaging and branding elements are incorporated.
- Utilize professional-grade photography and videography equipment to capture high-resolution images and footage in various settings, including studio, outdoor, and on-location shoots.
- Edit and retouch photos and videos as needed to enhance visual appeal, consistency, and quality, using industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
- Ensure that all visual content adheres to brand guidelines, copyright laws, and industry standards for image and video quality.
- Manage and organize digital asset libraries, including photo and video archives, for easy access and retrieval by the marketing team.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, techniques, and technologies in photography and videography, and recommend innovative approaches to enhance our visual content strategy.
- Collaborate with external vendors, including models, stylists, and production crews, as needed to execute photo and video shoots effectively.
- Provide support for live events, trade shows, and product launches by capturing real-time photos and videos for social media coverage and promotional materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Photography, Film Production, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a photographer and videographer, with a portfolio showcasing a range of professional-quality work across various genres and formats.
- Proficiency in operating DSLR cameras, camcorders, lighting equipment, and other photography and videography gear.
- Strong knowledge of composition, lighting, color theory, and other principles of visual storytelling.
- Expertise in photo and video editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and pushing creative boundaries.
- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
