Job description for Payroll & HR Services at PT Telmark Integrasi Indonesia
Job Descriptions:
1. Compensation & Benefit Management
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
2. Tax Compliance (Pph21)
- Handle all aspects of Pph21 tax calculations and filings.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and update procedures as necessary.
3. HR Generalist Duties
- Administer employee contracts, including renewals and terminations.
- Manage BPJS (social security) registration, claims, and compliance.
- Address employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related issues.
4. Operational HR Support
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Support daily HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and record maintenance.
5. Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare regular reports on payroll, benefits, and HR metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements to HR processes.
Requirements:
1. Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in payroll and HR functions, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
2. Technical Skills
- Proficiency in payroll software, HR management systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Pph21 tax regulations and compliance requirements.
3. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
4. Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
5. Organizational Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
