Job description for Pastry Chef / Pastry Coordinator at MRA Food & Beverage Division
1. Membuat berbagai jenis Ice Cream Cake dan menu creation pastry dan ice cream.
2. Merencanakan, mengatur dan mengawasi pekerjaan seluruh staff dalam Departemen Pastry.
3. Memonitor staff pastry dalam menggunakan alat-alat dan fasilitas pastry secara efisien.
4. Bertanggung jawab terhadap bahan makanan dan biaya bahan makanan.
5. Berkoordinasi dengan antar Departemen terkait dengan Distribusi Produk dan pelaksanaan Training produk ke operational cafe.
6. Membuat laporan dan berkoordinator dengan Research & Development (R&D) di Departemen Pastry.
