Job description for Partnerships FnB at Soul Parking Head Office
Responsibilities:
- Develop leads through research and networking for new and potential partnerships
- Manage commercial negotiations and collaboration agreements, including partners inquiries and issues required to start collaboration
- Develop and implements a partnership strategy that supports the company’s business and ensures excellent relations with partners and vendors, including putting in place systems that maintain them
- Ensure all stakeholders understand the importance of the partnership strategy and how it relates to them, and that they are fully involved in its implementation
- Attend business advisory/industry meeting to establish relationships and collaborate with industry representatives to create partnership to benefit the company
- Provide high-level customer service, including execute any other tasks related to assigned partners, users and programs
- Any other ad-hoc activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field
- At least 4 years’ related work experience in sales or marketing Food and Beverage
- 3-4 years managing contracts, partnerships, and sponsorships with vendors and users
- Ability to create and present proposal to (potential) clients effectively through both written and verbal communication
- Ability to think creatively and generate new business through cold calling and relationship building
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and closing sales/partnership skills
- Skilled in communicating and managing all aspects of signed agreements with departments, including but not limited to timelines, approvals and update
- Experience in a startup environment preferred
