Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and monitor talent and performance management programs that align with our business goals and promote high performance among employees.
• Design and facilitate the execution of performance review cycles, including goal setting, feedback, and employee development plans.
• Analyze performance metrics and employee feedback to identify trends, address issues, and capitalize on opportunities to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction.
• Collaborate with department leaders to design and deliver targeted development programs and workshops aimed at enhancing skillsets and leadership capabilities.
• Develop strategies for talent identification and succession planning to ensure leadership continuity and support career progression.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning by implementing innovative talent management practices and performance enhancement initiatives.
• Conduct regular reviews of the talent management process and make recommendations for improvements to align with evolving business needs.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.
• Proven experience in Talent Management and Performance Management within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of best practices in talent development, performance metrics, and employee engagement strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and metrics to derive actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Experience designing and facilitating employee development programs.
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of driving projects to completion.
