Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic operations intern to help us maintain operations on a daily basis including SOP, payment, collection, after closing (coordination, move-in preparation, etc), and retention. In this role, you will deal directly with our customers to find out what issues they are facing, how we may improve our products or services, how to reduce churn rates, increase retention rates, and payments related.
To be successful as an operations intern, you should have a persuasive attitude, excellent customer relationship skills, and enthusiasm for teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with ops and sales teams
- Gather information about customer needs after sales closes a deal and coordinate with the team
- Monitor move-in preparation and report to the team if something doesn’t happen according to SOPs
- Keep track of customer payments, actively collect payments from customers, and create payment reports
- Manage our cleaning services based on SOPs and its schedule
- Manage retention data and do a follow up with our customers about extension in order to increase retention rates
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in management, marketing, or related field.
- 0-1 year experience in a similar role.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong conflict resolution skills.
- In-depth knowledge of operations and sales.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and patience.
- Advanced organizational skills.
