Position Overview:
Sedaya [Sister Company Sirka (YC21)] is seeking a motivated and dynamic Medical Sales Representative to join Sirka growing team. The primary focus of this role is to establish and nurture relationships with clinics, medical professionals, and healthcare providers, promoting Sirka’s personalized health solutions and specialized supplements. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving patient outcomes, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a strong background in medical sales.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target clinics, medical practices, and healthcare providers as potential partners for Sirka’s products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the medical community.
- Present Sirka’s value proposition, emphasizing the benefits of our personalized digital programs and evidence-based specialized supplements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide comprehensive information about Sirka’s offerings to medical professionals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies, campaigns, and materials targeting clinics.
- Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and events to represent Sirka and establish a prominent presence in the medical community.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on competitor activities, industry trends, and customer needs to contribute to product development and enhancement.
- Effectively manage and track sales leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for clinics and ongoing support for their needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, etc.); medical background is a plus.
- Proven track record in medical sales with a strong network in the healthcare industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey complex medical information in a clear and compelling manner.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as needed to attend meetings, conferences, and events.
