Jobs Description
- Prepare documentation for Direct Sales, Returns, Consignment Sales, Export Sales, Inwards
- Reconcile of Production
- Making sure all documents are complete to give to Accounts Dept
- Maintain Filing of all Operational documents
- Maintain Database
- Send Regular Reports
- Coordinate with MDs to ensure smooth production process
- Provide administrative support to Merchandising Team
- Assist in Export orders, incl shipping & loading
- Sourcing
- Visit to markets where required
- Any other work required by supervisor
