Job description for Marketing Manager at Du Anyam
What You Will Do:
- Own the development, execution and managing of digital marketing activities that align with the overall marketing strategy across Du Anyam’s digital assets from website, social media, email marketing, Whatsapp, and Blogs (SEO, SEM & Social Media Ads)
- Plan, Execute, analyze and iterate marketing activities to achieve company’s monthly target in leads generation while controlling the marketing budget
- Present monthly marketing report that includes MROI (Marketing Return on Investment) from search ads (SEO, SEM), social media ads with its funnel conversion respectively and provide action plan to achieve business goals.
- Enhance and build the Du Anyam brand in the digital space as the ‘top of mind’ Indonesian social enterprise that empower women, improve livelihood, promote culture and as a social impact advocate
- Responsible for ensuring the use of website and social media as a lead generation tool and platform for building the image of Du Anyam as a social enterprise and social impact advocate
- Responsible for website performance
- Continually staying current of new & upcoming digital channels as avenues for marketing communication
What You Will Need:
- Min. 7 years experience in related work experience
- Bachelor degree in Marketing/ Business Administration / related field
- Solid expertise in campaign, channel and data analysis and reporting
- Excellent analytical skill with data, metrics, analytics and consumer behavior to drive actionable insights
- Strong problem solving skills
- Highly goal oriented and have strong communication skills
- A fast and perpetual learner
- Have a passion to be part of creating social change
