Job Description:
The Marketing Communications Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing communication strategies to promote the company's brand, products, and services. This role requires a combination of creative, strategic, and analytical skills to reach and engage target audiences.
Responsibilities:
1. Communication Strategy:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication plans aligned with overall business objectives.
• Identify target audiences and tailor communication strategies to effectively reach and resonate with them.
2. Content Creation:
• Create compelling and engaging content for various channels, including digital media, print materials, social media, and more.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
3. Media Relations:
• Cultivate relationships with media outlets and journalists.
• Write and distribute press releases, organize press events, and manage media inquiries.
4. Digital Marketing:
• Manage digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools.
5. Event Planning:
• Plan and coordinate Expo and product launches.
• Develop event materials and collateral to support marketing initiatives.
6. Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and graphic design.
• Collaborate with KOL, Brands, and potential partners.
7. Sales:
• Retail or Offline Sales
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Have experience in marketing communications, public relations, or a related role min 3 years.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Based in Bogor.
