Position Overview:
As a HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations within the organization.
- You will play a role in HR Operational activities from recruitment, onboarding, disciplinary, counseling, performance management, poeple development, employee relation, offboarding, Compensation & Benefit.
- Collaborates with CEO to supervice Organization Development activity (Job Description, Procedure, Organization and Structure
- This role also requires implement & monitoring HR Initiatives skill to improve morale & quality of work and thorough HR policies (UUTK) and procedures align with business objectives and company culture.
Key Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology Industry, of related field.
- 1 years experience as Human Resource Manager or 2 - 3 years experience as HR SPV or >5 years experience as HR Generalist.
- Experience in a tech company is a plus.
- Experience and have a strong knowledge of various recruitment methodologies and tools, committed to adopting best practices in talent acquisition.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent knowledge about Labor Law regulations and Human Resources best practices.
