Job Description:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our company/brand in the home and living CPG sector. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and execute new business opportunities to drive growth and increase market share.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the consumer packaged goods industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
