Job Brief:
We are looking for a results-driven Key Account Executive to be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts and developing strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building long-term relationships with key clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Identify new business opportunities within key accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Prepare and present sales proposals to key accounts
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with key accounts

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
- Experienced in Key Account Management for 3-5 years is preferable
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus
