2. Engage with higher-level sponsors in Customers such as Vendor Management, Warheouse Manager,

4. Conduct catch-up meetings with Supply, Support, Operations, Finance of the Customer
5. Perform issue resolution that arises in a timely manner
6. Doing forecast as supply & ops preparation
