Qualifications & experience
Must be possess at least bachelor's degree.
Minimum 2 years experience on the same position, Customer support, Customer Service, tenant relation or hospitality (having experience in the property sector is a plus).
Familiar with property in Jakarta and be available for daily travel.
Fluent in English is a must and fluent in Japanese (minimal N2).
Able to work independent and team, good interpersonal skills, serious work attitude, can endure immense work pressure and be very dependable, detail-oriented, and price.
Able to work hard with targets and deadlines.
Tasks & responsibilities
Handling complaints and clients request for their apartment.
Customers support & translator between client, agen and technician.
Make listing clients, document checking, collaborate with marketing team, and become a consultant for clients.
Develop in-depth knowledge of the properties and real estate service offered by company to offer accurate and valuable information to clients.
Make daily, monthly and yearly reports regarding After Service
