Job description for JAPANESE BILINGUAL - CUSTOMER SERVICE at PT ROCK HEART INDONESIA
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and demands in Japanese and English language.
- Answer customer support tickets and calls in a professional manner.
- Timely review of customer documents and update summary reports.
- Gathering required information through available resources to deliver top-notch customer service.
- Accurately manage and timely resolve customer products issues & concerns.
- Directing calls/emails to the right department or personnel.
- Accurate preparation of Case/Ticket document for reports purposes.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures in place by & for the CS department.
- Being knowledgeable about relevant service levels to provide excellent customer service.
- Accurate translation of documents from English to Japanese and vice versa as requested.
- Competently act as translator/bridge during meetings with Japanese colleagues, clients & management and expected to keep meeting agendas confidentially.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Open to college graduates or undergraduates with relevant working experience in Japanese business, which is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English languages
- Japanese Proficiency requirement – N3/N2/N1 level (Certification is required); if certification is not available, at least with 5 - 10 years of residence in Japan.
- Amenable to WFH set-up
- Can work in a shifting schedule
