Job description for IT Technical Support Specialist at Vostra Internasional
Requirements:
- D3, D4 or S1 (Fresh Graduates are welcome).
- Understanding basic IT knowledge.
- Have a good communication skill (written and verbal).
- Have basic knowledge and skills related to Linux operating systems and networking.
- Those selected to operate a data center as a DCO must be willing to work in 24/7 shift mode.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyze and solve problems related to end user devices such as PCs, Notebooks and Printers along with the operating system and supporting software.
- This position will carry out the role of IT Helpdesk, IT Field Support or DCO which will be determined later based on the results of technical tests and interviews.
- WFO in Jakarta.
