IT Project Manager
Responsibilities :
- Manage multiple IT projects, especially Banking industry.
- Coordinates internal resources and third parties or vendors as needed.
- Ensure projects stay on time, proactively checks in with process owner to ensure timeliness.
- Breaks down barriers for issues that may stall project progression.
- Creating summaries and reporting Project Status.
- Planning, executing, and monitoring projects submitted by Sales Operations according to the Project Management approach (PMBOK approach) Time-Scope-Budget.
- Ensuring the quality delivery of projects aligns with business value
- Maintaining efficient resource utilization.
Requirement :
- Minimum education level of S1 or equivalent in computer science or a related field
- Having 2-3 year experience in implementation projects.
- Understanding of SDLC Project.
- Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Project Tools for planning & monitoring, JIRA.
- Ability to establish effective communication (English is preffered) with internal and external parties.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and individually.
- Willing to adhere to working on-site.
