Job Description:
HRD & Personalia Intern responsibilities designed to provide hands-on experience in HR functions, offering exposure to recruitment include crafting job descriptions, recruiting talents, conducting interviews and participating in team-building initiatives. Internship includes active involvement in the company's unique culture, enhancing recruitment skills, and contributing to performance appraisal strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Participate in the onboarding process by preparing materials, assisting in orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth integration for new hires.
- Support initiatives aimed at fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Spearheaded team-building initiatives to enhance inter-personal relationships
- Established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for performance appraisal Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
