Job description for Human Resources General Affair (HRGA) at Pt Anugerah Cerdas Cemerlang
We are looking for an HRGA to join our Company based in Yogyakarta who will be responsible for ensuring that all day to day processes related to the office and facilities are running smoothly. You will be an essential business partner to support functions in our organization, which support us to work efficiently and better. With the description below:
- To provide clerical and administrative support to optimize office procedures
- Handle administration of all employees databases and HRIS
- Be involved in duty such as contracts, work permits, payroll
- To keep file and update employee/customer/suppliers' information
- Organize, track of office supplies and place orders
- Distribute emails correspondence, memos and form
Requirement
