Job Purpose
Human Resource Executive is responsible for managing and directing all human resource tasks within the organization. This role will educate, monitor and ensure company HR policies are followed across all staff in the organization.
Given the nature of the work, a successful Human Resource Executive should have strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, as this role often must explain and communicate the company’s policies to employees.
Duties and Responsibilities
People Operations
- Supporting the business units or clients in coordinating and executing various HR functions and activities, including:
- Recruitment and Selection
- New Hire Onboarding
- Learning & Development
- Compensation & Benefits
- Performance Review
- Employee Conflict Management
- Employment Statutory Advice
Policies Development and Reviews
- Review existing policies to identify non-compliance or outdated practices
- Conduct research and surveys on market practices
- Compile policy information into an engaging presentation
HR Administration
- Maintain and regularly update the human resource filing system; ensure all employees’ records are accurate and remain confidential
- Update and manage renewal of human resource documents such as job descriptions, non-disclosure agreement, employee handbook, SOP, and other documents
- Ensure adherence to employment taxes and regulations
- Communicate and monitor the implementation of HR policies and ensure all employees understand and comply with them
- Support and foster cross-functional relationships and ensure each of departments is connected
- Point person to all employees for queries related to HR and company policies and employment related issues.
