Job description for Human Capital Management Staff at PT Tricada Intronik
Role and Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions (generalist), including :
1.All subject matters in recruitment and onboarding, until employee agreement
2.Employee relations and development
3.HR administrative tasks (including attendance, insurance, data, and documents)
4.Employee branding, not limited to social media (Instagram, Linkedin) but also on campus or other potential platforms to introduce the company to all tech industry enthusiasts.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome, have experience in HR or related fields preferred.
3. Strong initiative and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization.
5. High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
7. Ability to make content in social media, video, and photo editing will be prioritized
