Job description for HRGA Supervisor at PT Citra Sandang Sukses
Responsibilities:
• Report to Director
• Plan, create, develop, and implement human resource program in line with company plan and business strategy
• Monitor and control all human resource policies, procedure and process are running well and comply
• Support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, interview etc
• Maintain record of personnel data (personal data, absence, leaves, etc)
• Perform payroll calculation based on absence
• Handle and manage end-to-end all of HR function and administration
• Coordinate training or other development program for employee
• Perform yearly performance evaluation
• Handle GA activities, such as personnel facilities, transportation, insurance, asset management and cleanliness
• Build and maintain good relationship with external parties related with HRGA matters
Requirements:
• Female, maximum 35 years old
• A Bachelor Degree in Management, Psychology or Law from reputable university with a min. GPA of 3.00
• Have knowledge in human resource process, best practices, government regulation, and labor law
• Experience in similar role/position minimum 4 years will be advantageous
• Able to work effectively and handle data with confidentiality
• Have good analytical and critical thinking, addaptive, and people-oriented
• Good in communication and deal with people at all levels professionally
• Should be proactive and self-motivated
• Has a good attitude, honesty, role-model and discipline
• Fluency in English both verbal and written will be advantageous
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
