- RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle Recruitment (Job posting, Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, Onboarding)
- Prepare Administration and distribution of Internal letter / memo
- Update HR / Admin procedure and policies
- Update internal databases with new hire information
- Skills in managing permits and foreign workers permit
- Prepare monthly report HR Department
- Assist to HR/GA Head
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor Degree (Psychology, Management and Law)
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience HRGA
- Proven experience as an Human Resouce Officer (Recruitment, Training, Employee & Industrial Relations, Etc.) or similar role for minimum 2 years.
- Good communication skill
- Proficient with Ms Office etc
- Can adapt to a dynamic environment, can work under pressure
- Willing to work in Central Jakarta - Kemayoran
