Job Desc
- Doing recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, schedulling interviews, and coordination candidate assessments.
- participate in new employee onboarding activities, including preparing documents new employee, and conducting ortientations
- Maintain employee attendance records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Support employee performance management processes by collecting feeback, updating performance records
- Assist in employee relations matters, including resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and documenting disciplinary actions
- Provide administrative support for general affairs functions
- Prepare and maintain HR documents, such as employment contracts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in human resources, general affairs, or administrative support roles is advantageous
- Familiarity with HRIS such as (Sunfish, Talenta, HCM, etc) and MS Office applications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
