Job Description :
- Generalist background with broad knowledge of recruitment, compensation & benefits, organizational planning, employee and industrial relations (knowledge of labor laws).
- handle company regulation, SOP & KPI.
- Ensure applicable laws, regulations, company policies and procedures, and staff agreements are followed in relation to Grievance and Disciplinary procedures.
- Building company culture and implement them.
- Control Administration duties: PKWT, PKWTT, WLTK, up-to-date employee data, attendance, leave, permit, warning letter, termination, awards, promotion, mutation, and demotion.
- Review Attendance Report, up-to-date Manpower existing.
- Responsible for General Affair issue such as: maintain and manage company asset
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree of Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- 1+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in english
- Familiarity with MS Office Applications.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-organized, decisive, has strong problem solving skills, assertive, has high level of integrity, attention to detail.
