DRX is an Indonesian garment company specializing in the design and production of high-quality sportswear. Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of HRGA practices, policies, and procedures
• 2 Year experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, and performance management
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office and any HR software tools
• Understanding of labor laws and regulations
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in the sports industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• English proficiency is required would be a plus
• Maximum age of 35 years
Job Description
• Overseeing employee contracts, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, and implementing risk control measures.
• Managing leave, and maintaining attendance statistics for effective workforce management.
• Assisting in recruitment processes to ensure the acquisition of qualified candidates.
• Handling monthly office payments including internet, electricity, property fees, and procuring necessary office supplies.
• Maintain and manage the complete process of Payroll and Overtime calculation
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Manage employee development through internal and external training
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Prepare monthly payroll report, government related bodies - social security, BPJS Kesehatan (Government health insurance) and tax consultant for employees tax filin
