We are looking for HR&GA Manager who will help and contribute advance our products, systems, and applications to ensure our systems meet the global safety standards.
Job Description
- Responsible for the recruitment of the company’s personnel, perform recruitment according to the company’s human needs and implement the recruitment task
- Responsible for the management and implementation of employee entry, resignation, regulation, post adjustment and salary adjustment
- Responsible for the formulation and implementation of various training and evaluation programs of the company
- Prepare and revise the company system and the disposal of labor contracts in accordance with the Indonesian “Labor Law”
- Familiar with Indonesian labor laws and social security policies, responsible for employee development, personal tax, and social security issues
Requirement
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology (more preferred)
- Minimum 5 years in the same positions
- Have experience & understand about ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 37001, and SMK3
- Experience in Human Resource activity including general HR Administration, Recruitment, Industrial relation, payroll detail and Tax, and BPJS
- Experience at training and development, performance appraisals and employee evaluation
- Pro-active and flexible mindset
- Strong communication skills and Creative Problem-solving skills
- Multitasking skills, High Administration, High-level attention to details and Strong organizational skills
- Have skill in Microsoft Office (specialize in Word & Excel and understand Excel Formula) and HR support applications (HRIS)
- Able to speak English, Mandarin is a plus
