Job description for HRGA Lead at KitaHire Indonesia
Responsibilities :
•Recruitment: initiate the recruitment process by identifying manpower needs aligned with the company's business plan, and handle end-to-end recruitment requests from departments, ensuring a well-coordinated approach.
•Payroll: oversee payroll operations, from tracking absenteeism to ensuring timely salary disbursements, tax compliance, and BPJS contributions.
•Employee Insurance Management: evaluate and select suitable insurance plans for all staff while adhering to budgetary constraints.
•Compliance: ensure compliance with all relevant government regulations, including the creation of internal HR policies and handling Perjanjian Kerja Bersama (PKB) obligations.
•Employee Relations: foster employee engagement and maintain positive employee relations within the organization.
•Expatriate Permit: manage expatriate permits in accordance with legal requirements.
•People Development: drive employee development by identifying skill gaps, updating skill matrices, creating career development plans, organizing training, conducting employee evaluations, managing KPIs, and overseeing promotions.
•Quality Management: implement and maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards within the organization.
•Labor Union Relations: establish and maintain strategic relationships with labor unions.
•Outsourcing Management: oversee outsourcing activities, ensuring compliance with both government regulations and company policies.
•Strategic Collaboration: collaborate with the Director to develop business strategies aligned with the company's goals.
•HR Budgeting: develop and manage the annual budget for the HRDGA department.
•Internal Regulation Development: create and update internal regulations in line with company requirements and evolving needs.
•Infrastructure Maintenance
