We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) to join our team in the Food & Beverages industry. As the HRBP, you will play a critical role in partnering with our business leaders to drive human resources strategies and initiatives that support our company's growth and success. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters and will contribute to the development and execution of HR programs and policies.
As an HRBP, you will have the opportunity to shape the culture, drive employee engagement, and enhance the overall employee experience. You will work closely with managers and employees to provide guidance on various HR issues including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in building strong partnerships with business leaders, implementing HR best practices, and driving a high-performance culture.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and align HR strategies, initiatives, and programs with business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Manage the full lifecycle of talent acquisition by partnering with hiring managers, engaging in candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives by developing and implementing programs that foster a positive work environment and enhance employee morale.
- Advise and assist managers in the management of employee relations issues and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a workplace that celebrates and values diversity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years as an HRBP.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, including candidate sourcing and interviewing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to handle complex employee relations issues and provide effective solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- HR certification is preferred but not required.
