Job description for HR Recruitment at Lumbung Support Studio
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of new employee needs.
- Carrying out new employee recruitment activities. Starting from posting job vacancies, collecting applicant data, conducting selection, psychological tests, drawing tests, interviews, filling in data in Typeform by candidates, until Staff are recruited (Hired Staff).
- Record administrative data for new employees in an orderly and accurate manner.
- Analyze the applicant database.
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Experience as an HR Recruitment/Talent Acquisition is the main requirement.
- Bachelor's Degree of Psychology/Management or relevant major.
- Good communication in English both written and spoken.
- Familiar with various job portal such as LinkedIn, Glints, Jobstreet, etc.
- Competencies: recruiting, screening, selecting, assessing, interviewing, communication, time management.
- Skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point), Google Docs, etc.
- Positive attitude: honest, communicative, initiative, adaptive, teamwork, professional, commitment.
- Have an experience working in Architecture or Creative Company will be an added value
