Job Title: HR Recruiter Admin (Remote Work from Indonesia)

BACKGROUND
Mission Consultancy Services Sdn Bhd (MCS) was incorporated in Malaysia in 2015 and was awarded MSC pioneer status. We are primarily focused on providing IT recruitment in Advanced Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse Management, Machine Learning, Robotic Automation Process and Virtual Reality. We work with some of the largest Banks and Insurance companies in Malaysia
Our Client looking for HR Recruiter Admin plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the HR department. This position provides comprehensive administrative support across various HR processes, including Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee relations, Bookkeeping & Payroll.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the HR department, including managing schedules, organizing files, and maintaining records.
- Coordinate and manage administrative tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Recruitment and Selection:
- Assist in the recruitment process by advertising job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial phone screenings.
- Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess their qualifications and suitability for open positions.
- Collaborate with the hiring manager to select the most suitable candidates for employment.
Onboarding and Employee Relations:
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including providing necessary information, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations matters, including handling employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.
Talent Pool Management:
- Proactively identify and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Network with potential candidates and build relationships to attract top talent.
- Bookkeeping and Payroll:
- Perform bookkeeping tasks such as maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and reconciling bank statements.
- Prepare payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment of employee salaries, deductions, and benefits.
- Comply with legal and regulatory requirements related to payroll and taxation.
Other Duties:
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective coordination and communication.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in human resources management.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or a related role.
- Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
