- Provide support and guidance to employees in various aspects of human resources.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Management, Psychology, or related field.
- 1-2 years of work experience in HR or employee administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Detail-oriented and possess good analytical skills.
