We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR KPI & Recruitment Senior Staff to join PT Sabatani Global Solusindo team. As the HR KPI & Recruitment Senior Staff you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective key performance indicators (KPIs) and overseeing all aspects of the recruitment process. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our HR strategies align with the company's goals and objectives.
Job Description:
- Ensure timely fulfillment of recruitment needs.
- Manage the performance of human resources.
- Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process and managing the Manpower Planning (MPP).
- Develop a candidate database and talent pool.
- Create, implement, and develop the Performance Appraisal process (from KPI to performance appraisal).
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Law, or other relevant fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- 5 years in the same position within a similar industry (Mechanical Electrical / Construction).
- Preferably experienced in a similar industry (Mechanical Electrical / Construction).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Understanding of strategies and concepts applicable to HR management.
Details:
- WFO in Bekasi, Harapan Indah
- Willing to work full-time (Mon-Fri at 08.00 - 17.00)
