Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a background in Human Resources or Management, or anything similar
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in HR Generalist Position
- Have experience handling end-to-end recruitment
- Familiar with manpower laws in Indonesia
- Well Organized and Detail Oriented
- Have a good communication skill
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes
- Preparing and maintaining HR records including employee files, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentially of information
- Create employee activities to improve employee engagement
- Take care of on-boarding and off-boarding processes
- Handling and supporting additional projects
- Responsible of employees attendance
- Handle any employee disputes
- Educate employees and managers regarding policy and processes within company
- Performs other duties as assign
